About the role
Join our Technology team to take ownership of quality across Upscale’s growing, multi-environment SaaS platform.
We’re seeking a hands-on QA Engineer who is structured, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and able to collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering. You’ll be responsible for testing new features, validating bug fixes, supporting regression cycles and improving release confidence across development, staging and production.
The role covers a broad platform spanning web, mobile, backend, APIs, analytics, notifications, media libraries, attachments, shareable micro-sites and AI-assisted content workflows running across multiple client environments on AWS.You’ll work directly with product managers, designers and developers to ensure requirements are understood, edge cases are covered and releases are stable. We’re looking for someone who can be the quality owner for the product, rather than simply executing assigned test cases.
