Dominic Gamble
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dominic brings over 25 years of experience across Wealth Management and financial technology.
From his early career as a Private Banker, he started his first business in 2011 which later became the largest lead generation platform for Wealth Management in Europe.
As he worked with financial institutions across multiple markets, he has recognised a growing and critical challenge: firms are producing more content than ever before, but client engagement in becoming increasingly difficult to capture. Providing easy-to-adopt technology solutions to solve these challenges is what drives his mission with Upscale.
Ben Backx
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Ben is a personalisation technology specialist with over 15 years experience designing digital experiences that improve how people discover, consume and engage with information.
Having worked in technology teams at large financial institutions American Express, Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Chartered Bank, he moved into startup world in 2019, building a novel analysis engine from scratch, training a series of machine learning models that can process sensitive data exclusively on a user’s device without risking their privacy.
At Upscale he oversees the technology team, including product and delivery functions.
