Raffles Family Office, Upscale and Synpulse have launched Quantive Partners, a strategic collaboration developing institutional-grade operating infrastructure for External Asset Managers and Multi-Family Offices across Asia.

Quantive Partners in Hong Kong on 27 February 2026, bringing together complementary expertise across private wealth, engagement technology and financial-services implementation. Upscale CEO and Co-Founder Dominic Gamble joined Chi Man Kwan, Group CEO of Raffles Family Office, and Yves Roesti, Managing Partner and CEO of Synpulse Group, for the launch at RFO's Hong Kong office. The collaboration is focused on addressing a growing infrastructure challenge for External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Multi-Family Offices (MFOs): fragmentation across custodians, portfolios, tools and data sources. Quantive Partners will provide a single, privacy-first platform designed to strengthen data integrity, improve risk visibility and increase team and client engagement, while enabling more disciplined and scalable portfolio decision-making.

Private wealth is becoming more complex

Private wealth portfolios are becoming increasingly global and multi-asset, creating greater operational complexity for EAMs and MFOs managing information across multiple custodians, portfolios, systems and data sources. At the same time, rising client expectations around transparency, risk visibility and control are placing additional demands on the infrastructure supporting those relationships.

The result is not simply an operational inconvenience. RFO, Upscale and Synpulse believe fragmentation is becoming a material constraint on scalability and decision-making quality across the private wealth ecosystem. Teams can spend considerable time reconciling data and navigating disconnected systems instead of focusing on where their expertise creates the most value: making informed investment decisions and delivering better client outcomes.

For Raffles Family Office, this is a challenge grounded in first-hand experience.

As an MFO ourselves, we face the same challenges – multiple custodians, multiple portfolios, and rising expectations for transparency and control. Too much time is still spent reconciling data and managing fragmented tools.

Quantive Partners has been designed to address this infrastructure gap by strengthening data integrity and governance, improving reporting and risk visibility, and giving teams more time to focus on investment decisions and client outcomes.

Three partners with complementary roles

The structure of Quantive Partners reflects the complexity of the problem.

Raffles Family Office is the anchor partner, bringing the day-to-day realities of operating a multi-family office into the platform's design. Its experience across advisory workflows and governance standards helps ensure the technology is built around real operating requirements rather than assumptions about how wealth managers work.

Synpulse is translating the shared blueprint into financial-services-grade infrastructure, leading architecture and implementation to ensure the platform is secure, scalable and integration-ready across markets and custodians.

Upscale is developing the research and intelligence layer, embedding structured insights into portfolio processes rather than treating research as a separate output.

Our collaboration through Quantive Partners is transforming a shared vision into a financial-services-grade platform built for scale, security, and flexibility.

Bringing these capabilities together creates an opportunity to combine the operating experience of a multi-family office with institutional technology infrastructure and intelligence embedded directly into the investment workflow.

Moving research closer to decision-making

For Upscale, the project reflects a broader shift taking place across financial services. Financial institutions already have access to vast amounts of information. The challenge is making that information easier to understand, distribute and act on. Traditionally, research has been distributed through documents, reports and standalone repositories, leaving advisers and investment teams to identify the relevant insight, interpret it and connect it to a portfolio decision or client conversation. Technology creates an opportunity to bring those steps closer together. By embedding structured research and engagement intelligence directly into portfolio workflows, firms can surface relevant insights closer to the point of decision-making.

For Upscale, the significance therefore goes beyond adding research capabilities to another platform. Quantive Partners represents a broader move to bring engagement technology into core technology and front-office workflows, connecting institutional expertise with the relationship managers, investment teams and clients who can act on it.

Sales enablement in wealth management hasn’t kept pace with how advisors and clients actually consume information today.

This represents a broader role for engagement technology: bringing research and content closer to the core front-office infrastructure where information can translate more effectively into action.

Building stronger infrastructure for independent wealth management

The opportunity is particularly relevant in Asia, where the family-office ecosystem has expanded rapidly alongside increasingly sophisticated requirements around technology, reporting and oversight.

More than half of Asia-Pacific family offices surveyed by Campden Wealth and BNP Paribas were established within the past 15 years, while 47% are still led by the generation that created the family wealth.

The family offices surveyed managed approximately US$1 billion in assets on average, illustrating the scale and complexity of the organisations this infrastructure increasingly needs to support. As the sector grows and matures, better infrastructure can help independent wealth managers respond to those demands without simply digitising existing processes.

The opportunity is to strengthen the integrity of underlying information, reduce fragmentation across systems and give teams better tools to support investment decisions, client communication and portfolio oversight.

Quantive Partners brings together complementary expertise to achieve this. Raffles Family Office contributes hands-on MFO operating insight, Synpulse leads platform architecture and implementation, and Upscale brings structured research and engagement intelligence into the workflow. Together, these capabilities provide the foundation for a more integrated operating model for EAMs and MFOs – connecting data, technology and insight within a single institutional-grade platform designed around the realities of managing private wealth across multiple custodians, markets and systems.

What comes next

Quantive Partners reflects a shared belief that stronger private-wealth infrastructure requires more than adding another standalone technology platform. Data integrity, portfolio visibility, research intelligence and client engagement need to work more closely together if independent wealth managers are to scale effectively. For Upscale, the collaboration also represents another step in expanding the role of engagement technology within the wealth-management technology stack – moving institutional expertise closer to the workflows, decisions and client interactions where it creates value.

We look forward to working alongside Raffles Family Office and Synpulse to develop Quantive Partners across Asia and beyond.
